Hulland & Larsen Construction Ltd. is a small design/build firm. We have been building custom homes in the Kootenay Lake region of the BC interior for the past 10 years. Focusing on 2-3 major projects annually allows the managing partners who built our company to be directly engaged in designing, and building your home.
We run small crews of talented carpenters. There will be familiar faces active on your site from start to finish. We believe that this whole house construction concept leaves less room for redundancy and error than the standard template of a large company securing multiple builds and sub contracting out all of the components. We feel that this strategy greatly improves both the quality and affordability of the end product.
Our business is built on trust. When a secure relationship is formed with our clients, a dynamic design process begins. We underpin this with our understanding of the construction process’s required to realize these designs. We have formed stable, long term relationships with the sub contractors and suppliers that we rely on. We work together to see that budgets and timelines are met.
As licensed builders we endorse, and insure all of the materials and workmanship that goes into your home. We will work closely with you to strike a balance between quality and cost that suit your needs.
